A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 7, 2010, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) from the Seoggu District Court Branch on October 7, 2010.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Around 20:28 on December 17, 2019, the Defendant: (a) driven a car with C low alcohol leveling 0.125% of alcohol level from the road located in the Seo-gu Seo-gu, Daegu to the road in front of the Daegu Seo-gu, Seo-gu; (b) around 6km to the road in front of the Daegu Seo-gu, Seo-gu.
Accordingly, the defendant was driving under drinking not less than twice.
2. Around 20:28 on December 17, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (i.e., an accident) (i., the U.S.) and (ii) around 20:28, while driving a C high-speed car while under the influence of alcohol, and (iii) on the two kinds of roads located in the Seogu Seo-gu, Seo-gu, in front of the stop signal, and should take a stop signal according to the vehicle stop signal, and (iv) the Ecoin of the D (28 years old) driving of the said high-speed car going back without taking any measures to repair the said high-speed car at the front of the sports cargo vehicle and then destroy it to the extent of KRW 430,00,000 at the repair cost and escape without taking any measures.
The defendant was charged with non-detained on January 31, 2020 with the 2020 Highest 1539 [criminal records] The defendant was currently pending in the trial by the court of the Daegu District Court on January 31, 2020.
【Criminal Facts】
At around 20:00 on March 27, 2020, the Defendant driven a H rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license in approximately 5km section from the Do in front of the Daegu Seo-gu B building to the front of the G cafeteria located in the Daegu Seo-gu F.
