A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 5, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. at the Changwon District Court Tongwon District Court’s branch on December 21, 2016, and on December 29, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Changwon District Court’s branch on December 21, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 16, 2017, and completed the execution of the final sentence at the Busan District Court.

3. On January 25, 2018, the Defendant, at around 02:00 around January 25, 2018,: (a) opened a door that is parked by the victim C in the same manner; and (b) in cash, 8,000 won, which is owned by the victim, shall be collected from the victim’s possession of the sunlight at the same time.

4. On January 29, 2018, around 03:30 on January 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked on the road 21-gil 11 (Dong Dong Dong Dong-dong), from the head of the Si/Gun/Gu, a victim E, who was parked therein, did not lock the F&L car owned by the victim E; and (b) cut off the cash amount of KRW 7,000 on the head of the Gu/Si/Gun/Gu. On January 13, 2018, the Defendant: (c) cut off the 7,000 won in cash owned by the victim on the head of the Gu/Si/Gun/Gu. (d) On January 13, 2018.
