Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 7, 2015, while the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.071% from blood transfusion around 08:00, the Defendant driven BM5 car from the day before the active duty base to the SM5 car of 118 private teaching institutes in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
