Punishment of the crime

1. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

On December 15, 2013, at around 06:09, the Defendant operated the said car without mandatory insurance policy on the front of the Eart located in Daejeon Seo-gu D.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the violation of the Road Traffic Act are those who are engaged in driving a vehicle with C low-priced vehicle.

On December 15, 2013, the Defendant driven the above car at around 06:09, and driven the five-lanes in front of the Eart in Daejeon U.S. D, according to three-lanes in front of the Emart, from the rectangular three-lane distance outflow of the future street.

At the time, the Defendant tried to change the vehicle line to turn to the left.
