1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 11, 2018, Defendant A: (a) the police officer controlling that reported and contacted the advertisement leaflets distributed by the Defendant at an unspecified place; (b) the place of promise was determined to receive KRW 1.30,000,000; and (c) the Defendant arranged sexual traffic in the above manner from March 1, 2018 to March 201, 2018, by burning D, a woman with Chinese nationality, to a car in the front of the title of the Ansan-si, Ansan-si, whose promise place is the promise place, to arrange sexual traffic; and (d) the Defendant arranged sexual traffic in the above manner.

2. Defendant B, as described in the foregoing paragraph 1, knew of the fact that Defendant B assisted A to engage in sexual traffic, aided and abetted A’s act of arranging sexual traffic in the same way from around May 11, 2018 to around the 201st f of the Kapo-si, the Kapo-si, Anari-si, Anari-si, Anari-si, Anari-si, anari-si, the said D was put into the front of the Kapo-si, the Kapo-si.
