1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) shall pay 500,000,000 won to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and its payment from May 26, 2017.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On October 4, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a real estate sales contract (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) with the Defendant with the content that the Plaintiff sells each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”) to the Defendant, with the purchase price of KRW 1 billion as to each of the instant building and land, when specifying either of the building and land.

2. As to the sale of the above real estate, Article 1 (Purpose) of the Terms and Conditions of the Contract, the seller and the buyer, by agreement, shall pay the sales amount as follows:
The purchase price: 1.0 million won: 3,000 won shall be paid and received at the time of the contract. The intermediate payment: 1.5 million won shall be paid on October 31, 2013, and 90 million won shall be paid on November 8, 2013.
230 million won shall be paid in February 28, 2014.
Any balance: 500 million won shall be paid in February 28, 2017.
Article 2 (Transfer, etc. of Ownership) The seller shall deliver all documents necessary for the registration of transfer of ownership to the buyer simultaneously with the receipt of the intermediate payment of the purchase price, and cooperate with the registration procedure, and the delivery date of the said real estate shall be February 28, 2014.
Article 6 (Non-performance of Obligations and Compensation for Damages) If a seller or buyer has any non-performance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the other party shall notify in writing the person who has defaulted, and the contract may be rescinded.
In addition, the parties to the contract may claim damages from each other due to the cancellation of contract.
Matters of special agreement
2. The buyer shall pay 2,50,000 won to the seller at the end of each month the interest on any balance from March 2014 to the date on which the remainder is paid;
3. Where the buyer pays any balance before the payment date of the balance, the seller shall consent thereto and pay all documents necessary for registration of transfer.
4. In the case of this case, the seller's letter of consent to the use of a road with respect to C road 607 square meters in Dongbcheon-si for the buyer.
