Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is an employee of the DPC bank located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and E is a person who operates the above PC bank.

From June 15, 2012 to June 29, 2012, the Defendant explained from the above DPC to its employees, the method of using the “satison money” game in each of the PC inside the said PC to its customers finding the said place, etc., and sold coophones necessary for the use of the game. The Defendant installed the PC 40 unit in the said place, and provided the said PC to many unspecified customers who find the said PC.
