1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from October 11, 2016 to the date of full payment.

According to the purport of Gap evidence No. 1 and all the arguments, the plaintiff may recognize the fact that on December 19, 2014, under the joint and several surety of defendant C Co., Ltd., the payment period of KRW 50 million was set at KRW 50 million and KRW 5 million per month of interest.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff 50 million won loans and delay damages calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 11, 2016 to the date of full payment as requested by the plaintiff, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and all of them are accepted.
