Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On November 18, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the Gwangju District Court. On June 17, 2010, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced one year and six months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the Seoul Central District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 14, 201.

The defendant is a person who operates the Land Processing and Distribution Company (State)C.
1. Around October 4, 2013, the Defendant’s fraud against the victim D’s officetel of the Defendant, the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E-building 305, saying, “If the Defendant borrowed money after deducting 80% prior interest and 25%, it would be repaid within one month, because it would be possible to bring 80% profits if he/she had engaged in the business of receiving meat processing by auction at one slaughterhouse, and delivering it to the fixed landing place.”
However, the Defendant was punished for fraud by deceiving 1.55 million won from 8 persons from 2006 to 2008. From 2008 to 2008, the Defendant did not pay 200 million won as loan money from F to 20 million won, and he did not receive money from a large number of persons from F, etc. on the pretext of investment money or loan money and did not pay the money, and thus, he did not pay the money to other persons, and thus, he did not pay the money to other persons. Thus, even if he borrowed money from the victim, he did not have any intention or ability to pay the money.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 3 million on the same day as the loan money from the victim, and transferred KRW 7 million on or around the 5th day of the same month to the bank account (G) in the name of one bank account in the name of each State, and received KRW 5 million in cash at the same time and received KRW 15 million in total.
2. On October 4, 2013, the Defendant’s fraud against the victim H may bring 80% profits to the victim H in the instant officetel, if the Defendant had engaged in the business of processing the meat by undergoing an auction at a Korean slaughterhouse, and delivering it to the fixed meat store.
