Punishment of the crime

On January 8, 2013, at around 18:20, the Defendant driven the B Poter Cargo Vehicles and proceeded to the front side of the Defendant’s driving vehicle in the front of the “nurging season” in the middle of the two-lane 346-lane 346, the front side of the “nurging season”.
