1. The plaintiff's primary claim and the conjunctive claim are dismissed, respectively.

1. The plaintiff's primary assertion and judgment

A. On September 16, 2013, the Plaintiff’s primary assertion entered into a contract with the Defendant and A (hereinafter “instant construction”) and started construction from January 2014. The first design had 3,00 square meters of clocks in a machine, and 7,291 square meters of clocks in a machine. However, it was found that clocks in a machine were not destroyed by a machine.

Despite the need to modify the design in such cases, the defendant knew of the change in the base line, and refused the plaintiff's request for change, and the plaintiff completed blasting work until April 24, 2014 and transported all blasting rocks.
