1. As to the Plaintiff, as to the portion of 1/4 out of 14380 square meters in racing-si D, the Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B shall provide Daegu District Court racing support on 2000.
Reasons
1. On August 25, 200, when a person holding a right to grounds for registration and all other matters of all co-owners transfer the ownership of the five co-owners on August 23, 200, the date of receipt of a basic fact-finding No. 40161, Aug. 25, 2000, and the Defendant C/4 of the trade share No. 1/4 J. 1/4 of the trade co-owner’s share No. 1/226, Aug. 23, 2000, as of August 25, 2000, the trade owner’s transfer of ownership No. 40161, Aug. 25, 2000, as of August 23, 2000.
A. As to E’s 1/2 shares, F’s 1/4 shares, and G’s 1/4 shares and 1/4 shares, the following registration of ownership transfer was completed for 14380 square meters (hereinafter “instant real estate”).
B. On the other hand, on March 29, 2000, the Plaintiff purchased the real estate of 31 parcels including the instant real estate by setting the sales price of KRW 1 billion from EFG.
(hereinafter “instant sales contract”). [Grounds for recognition] There is no dispute, entry of Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, and the purport of the whole pleadings.
2. The Plaintiff entered into the instant sales contract with the EFG on March 29, 200, with respect to the instant real estate. In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings as indicated above, H, based on a title trust agreement between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff, according to the title trust agreement between the Plaintiff, pursuant to the Daegu District Court Decision No. 40161, August 25, 2000, received on August 25, 2000, Defendant B, under receipt No. 40161, received on August 25, 2000, completed the registration of ownership transfer of 1/4 shares out of the instant real estate, and Defendant C, with respect to 1/4 shares out of the instant real estate, may seek for the registration of ownership transfer pursuant to the instant sales contract’s claim against the Defendant’s false indication, which was concluded on January 13, 2012.
