On December 27, 2013, the Defendant, along with the above E, applied for government contributions for the implementation of the research task after being selected as the main institution in charge of the project “the connection network (total project cost of KRW 6.1.2 million) to reduce, store, process, and deliver information from a license attached to an object” (hereinafter “GUSS”) by the Victim Korea Evaluation Institute of Industrial Technology, which was promoted by the victim Korea Evaluation Institute of Industrial Technology, (i) and (ii) around December 27, 2013.
