A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around September 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) was hospitalized in the C Hospital located in Mayang-si, B, and (b) was frightened to D, who was aware of the fact that D was bullying due to harassment from the Defendant on the 10th day of the same month; (c) the victim E (the age of 46) who was aware of the fact that D was bullying from the Defendant, was hospitalized in the Defendant’s ward; and (d) the Defendant was frightened to the victim, who was aware of the fact that D was bullying from the Defendant on the 10th day of the same month. As such, the Defendant was frighted for the victim.
At around 23:00 on September 12, 2019, the Defendant was called as a hospital to talk with the victim on September 12, 2019, which was after the discharge, and the Defendant was able to kill the victim who was not good for the emotional distress.
On September 12, 2019, at the entrance of the above C Hospital, the Defendant: (a) reported the victim from the entrance of the hospital to talk with the Defendant at the entrance of the hospital; and (b) kept in the vehicle of the Defendant of Pyeongtaek-gu at the back of the hospital; and (c) carried the past (19cm in total length, 9cm in blade) while the Defendant was carrying the shoulder with the Defendant at the back of the back of the entrance of the hospital; (d) while the Defendant was able to move with the victim, the Defendant she saw the above transition to the front part of the victim’s clothes; (c) while the Defendant was fighting with the Defendant at the entrance of the above C Hospital, the Defendant left the front part of the victim’s arm’s length at intervals of the victim; and (d) while leaving the front part of the vehicle at intervals of the victim’s body, the Defendant left the front part of the vehicle at intervals of the victim and left the front part of the vehicle at intervals of the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant tried to kill the victim.
