Punishment of the crime

On May 11, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drawing driving) at the Seoul Northern District Court on May 11, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 17, 2017.

On February 7, 2017, around 17:28, the Defendant driven a B-do motor vehicle without a driver's license in the section of the section of the B-do, which was located from the front of the entrance of Gangnam-gu, Seoul, the 28th century; from the front of the entrance of the 16th new B-do, to the front of the said 30th road.
