A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he dealt with psychotropic drugs-related Mespophophones (hereinafter referred to as “popphones”) as follows:

1. On January 2014, the Defendant, along with C and D, administered opon medication by taking approximately 0.3g of opon into the passenger room located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, at around 20:0, the Defendant 20:00 square meters of the base date, at the guest room located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, and inhaled the smoke caused by heating in the base by taking advantage of a inhaled tool.

2. Purchase and medication of scopons from G scopons on October 2014.

A. The Defendant asked C to seek writingphones, and C to contact G and to purchase writingphones.

At around 19:00 on October 2014, the Defendant issued KRW 100,000 in cash to G at the 100,000 guest room in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City H, and purchased approximately 0.1g of philophones.

B. On October 19, 2014, at around 19:00, the Defendant administered opon medication by taking approximately 0.1g of opon, purchased as described in the above paragraph (a), from the live guest room in Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City H, on the liveter’s livers room, and inhales the smoke caused by the heating on the hivers using the inhalers.

3. Purchase and medication of chophones from J on October 2014.

A. The Defendant: (a) administered philophones as described in Article 2(b); (b) asked C to administer phiphones; and (b) asked C to seek phiphones, which is approximately KRW 7.5g of the gold half of the market price of KRW 316,000; and (c) requested C to purchase phiphones by phone to J.

On October 21, 2014, the Defendant, along with C, purchased approximately 1 g of a gold-componed and oponed 21:0, the Defendant, at the same date as indicated in paragraph (2), to a non-fluent male sent by J in front of the subway station No. 7 in the subway station located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, by receiving approximately 1g of a gold-comoned.

B. The Defendant has administered philophones C.
