A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

The request of applicants for compensation shall be dismissed.

1. The Defendant’s embezzlement against the Victim H has gone up with credit rating when temporarily repaying high interest loans to the Victim H on January 2015, 2015, and is able to obtain a loan again from a financial right at a low interest rate, but will act on behalf of the Defendant.

The purpose of this paper was to “underpaid existing loans from I with money, and, at low interest, to provide new loans.”

Accordingly, on January 23, 2015, the Defendant lent KRW 35,857,823 from I to I in the name of the victim, and repaid the victim’s loans to the existing financial institutions. On March 3, 2015, the Defendant paid KRW 30,000,000 in the name of the victim, from GK Savings Bank, etc.;

3. 4. New loans were granted in 6,00,000 won from mountain, loans, and Arabic socials, etc.

The Defendant, on March 3, 2015, received a part of the amount of the said new loan from the injured party for the repayment of his/her debt to I from the national bank account in the name of the Defendant, and embezzled KRW 28,357,823 in total by using the amount of KRW 28,357,823 in the Defendant’s own repayment of his/her existing debt around March 4, 2015.

2. The Defendant’s embezzlement against the victim J on January 2015, 2015, at the office of the “L” victim JJ located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul. As such, the Defendant would be able to obtain a loan at a low interest rate again from the financial authority, and will act on behalf of the Defendant.

The purpose of this paper was to “underpaid existing loans from I with money, and, at low interest, to provide new loans.”

Accordingly, on January 26, 2015, the Defendant borrowed 24,369,239 won from I to the victim’s name in the name of the victim, and repaid 20,000,000 won from a new bank around February 8, 2015 in the name of the victim.
