Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 15:00 on January 4, 2013, the Defendant driven a B multilateral cargo vehicle without a car driver’s license, from around 15:00 to around 341, Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Large-dong 341.
