1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of one year and six months;

2.Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 26, 2010, the Defendant had been staying in the Republic of Korea without permission for extension of the period of stay, despite the expiration of the period of stay on August 26, 2015.

2. The Defendant was aware of the Victim D (n) who is a Vietnam female woman through the “C”, which was the early hosting c, around 2014, and came into being with internal relations until around 2016. On the following two occasions, the Defendant taken photographs of the victim’s body against his/her will, using a camera or similar device, which could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame.

A. Around September 2015, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s home located in Busan around Busan, taken her son’s son and son’s son’s son, who was suffering from fry using one’s own portable phone (36 years of age at that time).

B. Around early February 2016, the Defendant taken the body of the victim by using his/her portable phone between the Defendant’s home and the Defendant’s sexual intercourse with the victim.

3. On October 25, 2017, the Defendant sent a photograph of the victim’s her own home from the victim’s cell phone to the mobile phone as described in the above paragraph (2) to the victim’s her mobile phone, and there is a photograph that the female’s her woman with two male-gu son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’

“Along with the transmission of text messages to post a letter on an Internet site, etc., both as shown in the [Attachment Table] between October 24, 2017 and November 9, 2017, both were sent repeatedly through an information and communications network to the text, image, or picture that arouses fear or apprehension for a victim through an information and communications network.
