Punishment of the crime

On December 7, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to one year for the charge of forging private documents in the Jeonju District Court's Militarysan Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Jeonju prison on October 4, 2012.

On September 23:30, 2014, the Defendant was assaulted by B in front of the Taesan Police Station C District Department, which was dispatched after receiving a report from B in front of the Taesan Police Station, 69 - 69-gil.

피고인은 위와 같이 제지를 당하자 위 D에게 “공권력이 있으면 어쩌라고, 씨발 좃같이, 개새끼야.”라고 욕설을 하면서 입고 있던 상의를 벗어 던지고, 주먹을 휘두르며 위 D의 팔을 잡아 바닥에 넘어뜨려 위 D으로 하여금 약 7일간의 치료가 필요한 아래 다리 부분의 타박상을 가하였고, 계속하여 위 D이 폭행당하는 것을 제지하는 익산경찰서 C지구대 소속 경위 E에게 “너는 뭐야 개새끼야, 공권력 행사 제대로 해라, 후랴들 놈아.”라고 욕설을 하면서 위 E의 팔을 잡고 바닥에 넘어뜨려 위 E로 하여금 약 7일간의 치료가 필요한 무릎의 타박상 등을 가하였다.
