A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant and the victim C (the nationality of the People's Republic of China, women, 30 years of age and 10 years of age) are the married couple who entered on May 13, 2013 after the marriage report on January 16, 2012 and living together.
1.
