Criminal facts
No person shall take photographs of another person's body, which may cause any sexual humiliation or sense of shame, against the latter's will, by using a camera or any similar mechanism, or openly display the photographed objects thereof.
The “E” is a site that posts the pictures, etc. of unspecified women, and the Defendants are members of the said carpet, and Defendant A’s carpet clinic is F, and Defendant B’s carpet clinic is “G”.
1. On October 27, 2014, the Defendant taken a fluor’s name in front of the Defendant using a cell phone from HV subway No. 7 to 2 lines located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and posted three copies of a fluor’s fluor’s name in front of the Defendant, on the 28th day of the same month, at a non-permanent location of the same month, and posted three copies of a fluor’s name photograph on the above website; on January 9, 2015, the Defendant taken a fluor’s bridge in front of the above HS radar as a cell phone; on the 10th day of the same month, around 15:14, at a non-permanent location of the same month, posted one photograph on the bulletin board of the said website; and on the same year.

On November 28, 2014, the Defendant marked a mobile phone name-free female bridge with a mobile phone possessed at the bus stops located in Ansan-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Sinsan-si, and posted a copy of a photograph on the above car page bulletin board using a computer at around 10:38 of the same month at around 10:38 of the same month; on November 28, 201 of the same year, the Defendant taken a cell phone from the corridor of the L Welfare Center located in the Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, and the Defendant posted a copy of a photograph on the above car page using the computer at around 10:42 of the same month; on November 28, 2014, the Defendant taken a cell phone from the above L Welfare Center’s corridor at around 10:42 of the same year.
