1. On December 22, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties, at around 09:12, thrown away wastes without permission before the D police box located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and put a plastic bag containing food waste at hand with the disabled’s access to the above police box. The circumstances where E belonging to the Seoul Southern Seodaemun Police Station left the Defendant’s abandoned garbage, and the Defendant “the Defendant was at the access of the civil petitioner, and should not walk up this.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the maintenance of public peace and order.

2. On December 22, 2017, around 09:17, the Defendant damaged public goods, before the police box set forth in the foregoing paragraph 1, the Defendant destroyed its utility by spreading an amount equivalent to KRW 8,000 in the market price that the Defendant used to remove the abandoned wastes.

3. Interference with the performance of official duties, injury, or assault;

A. On December 22, 2017, around 09:18, the Defendant: (a) stated that the victim E (54) was in front of the D police box as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1, before the Defendant was able to arrest the Defendant in the act of committing a crime of damaging goods for public use; (b) took the victim’s right eye part of the victim’s right eye; and (c) took the victim’s multilater for the number of days of treatment, the Defendant took an open room for the victim’s head of the non-treatment.

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes, and at the same time injured the victim.

B. On December 22, 2017, around 09:18, the Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender as specified in Article 3-1 (a) prior to the police box set forth in the above paragraph (1); (b) and (c) assaulted the Victim F (37 years old) on the part of the police station, and the flag of the lower court, who flaged the police officer one time, on the part of the police station.

4. On December 22, 2017, the Defendant who obstructed the performance of official duties is guilty of damage, etc. to goods for official use at the police box set forth in the above paragraph (1) at around 09:24.
