A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The seized evidence No. 13 through 24 shall be returned to the injured party's name.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On December 5, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Jeju District Court, and on January 3, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court, and on June 1, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court and completed the execution of the final sentence on October 14, 2020.

[Criminal facts]

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

A. At around 11:30 on December 3, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened a cargo driver’s seat in front of Busan, Busan, Jin-gu B without correcting the vehicle door; (b) cut off a lux in front of the vehicle owned by the victim D, the Defendant: (c) opened a lux in front of the vehicle; (d) cut off one lux in the age of KRW 25,000 at the market price, including the key of the vehicle owned by the victim; (e) cell phone case; (e) head of the Busan Bank CC card; and (e) two head of the Tong, etc.; and (e) one lux in front of the market price of KRW 50,00,000 at the market price.

B. On December 4, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened an IF car parking in front of G Logistics Loading Station F in Busan, Busan, Busan, without correcting the vehicle door; (b) cut off a 30,000 won in cash, which is owned by the injured party, and 20,500 won in the market price; and (c) cut off one verification color equivalent to 300,000 won in the market price, which includes five ccoophones, identification cards, credit cards, etc., of the amount of 230,000 won in cash, which are owned by the injured party.

On December 11, 2020, the defendant habitually opened a n5 tons truck driver's seat which the victim L and the victim M have parked in the city without correcting the vehicle door, and approximately 160,000 won, L resident registration certificate, L driver's license, L driver's license, and freight transport.
