1. The defendant's KRW 50,000,000 and its amount shall be 6% per annum from April 29, 2013 to June 3, 2016 to the plaintiff.

According to the evidence No. 1 of the judgment on the cause of the claim, and the result of the order issued to submit financial transaction information to the Industrial Bank of Korea of this Court, the Plaintiff paid KRW 50,00,000 to the corporate bank account (Account Number D; hereinafter “instant account”) in April 28, 2011, and the Defendant paid KRW 3.00,000 to the Plaintiff on April 30, 2012, and February 25, 2014, respectively. Upon considering the following facts, the Plaintiff’s lending of KRW 2-1, 2, 3, 3, 4, 5-1, 2, 1, 2, 1, 2, 3, 4-1, 4, 4, 5-1, 5-2, 1, 3, 4-1, 4-5, 4-1 through 5, and the entire purport of the order to submit financial transaction information to the Industrial Bank of Korea, the Plaintiff may be acknowledged to the Defendant by setting the following facts:

1) The Defendant operated C along with the network E (Death on September 18, 2014), and E has been in charge of accounting affairs of C. 2) The Defendant is the representative of C.

(3) After transferring KRW 50,00,000 to the account of this case on May 10, 2007, the Plaintiff transferred KRW 50,000,000 from the account of this case on September 28, 2007, and transferred KRW 3,000,000 on October 1, 2007, and transferred KRW 50,000 on March 5, 2008 to the account of this case on March 27, 2008; KRW 50,50,000 from the account of this case on March 20, 200; KRW 30,000 from the account of this case on October 13, 200, KRW 50,000 from the account of this case on October 5, 2008 to the account of this case on August 30, 208; and the Plaintiff received KRW 30,000,000 from each of this case on August 308, 20008.

5 The defendant used 50,000,000 won received from the plaintiff on April 28, 2011 for the operation of C.

2. According to the conclusion, the Defendant runs from April 29, 2013, which was the day following the date of final repayment of KRW 50,000 and the date of final payment of interest.
