Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall engage in business of exchanging or arranging money exchange or re-purchase of results obtained through the use of game water.

From March 15, 2018 to April 19, 2018, the Defendant installed five parts of the PC room in the size of 26.8 square meters (per 8.1 square meter) in Seoul Dongdaemun-gu building and 1st floor (per 8.1 square meter) and operated the Internet game game facility providing business in substance while operating the said PC, the Defendant charged 1,000 points per won to many unspecified customers who found the said PC and charged 1,00 points for the game and made them use the said online game, such as “loak and game,” etc. After the completion of the game, the Defendant used 1,000 points for the game scores that the said customers acquired through the game, which were tangible and intangible results, such as “loak and game,” and had them receive 1,000 won in cash and receive 10,000 won in exchange for money and used it as a business of returning tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of the game product.
