1. As to the Plaintiff’s share 52.07/18,053.4/18,000 of the B 18,053 square meters in Gwangju Metropolitan City Mine-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, the Defendant shall make April 2014.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On June 29, 1993, the Defendant Company purchased 18053 square meters of land B in Gwangju Mine-gu (hereinafter “instant site”) and completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 8, 1998.

B. The Defendant Company newly built an apartment building, which is an aggregate building on the ground of the instant site, to sell it by uniting it, and newly built a “B apartment”, which is a building with the first underground floor and the 12th floor above ground, which can be used as an independent building for residential purposes, which has yet to complete the registration of ownership transfer (hereinafter “the instant aggregate building”), and obtained approval for use from the competent authority around December 195.
