Defendant is punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of eight months and short of eight months for each of the crimes listed in the judgment of the Highest 1336 and the crimes listed in the judgment of the Highest 1849.

Criminal facts
1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;
