Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the early branch of the Chuncheon District Court on February 14, 2016 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gangnam Prison.
