A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence referred to in subparagraphs 3 through 6 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the Daegu District Court on January 23, 2014, sentenced six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Detention Center on April 29, 2014, and is not a narcotics handler.

1. On July 6, 2015, the Defendant, at a bus terminal located in the Nam-gu, Southern-gu, Twitpacters (one philophone; hereinafter “philophone”), administered psychotropic drugs by inserting them in a single-time injection machine and melting them in water in the Defendant’s arms.

2. On July 6, 2015, at around 22:00, the Defendant administered philophonephones in the mutual influorite-dong, Daegu-dong, Daegu-gu, in the same manner as paragraph 1.

3. At around 14:50 on July 7, 2015, the Defendant carried approximately 0.7 g of philophones remaining after being administered as in the preceding paragraph of the preceding paragraph on the south-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, by inserting them in the plastic sealing paper on a cigarette.
