All appeals filed by the Defendants and the Prosecutor are dismissed.
Reasons
1. According to the records of this case as to the defendants' appeal, the defendants did not submit the grounds for appeal within the submission period of the grounds for appeal under Article 361-3(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, and the petition of appeal does not contain any grounds for appeal, and it is impossible to find any grounds for appeal ex officio. Thus, the defendants' appeal shall be dismissed pursuant to Article 361-4(
2. Determination on the prosecutor’s appeal
A.
