If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 03:40 on October 24, 2013, the Defendant driven BFD vehicles without obtaining a driver’s license in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.096% from the front of “space industry company” in the Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si 90 to the import intersection located in the same Si-dong Import Ri in the same city.
