1. The plaintiff (Appointed)'s claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. According to the Land Survey Book drawn up in the Japanese occupation point period, the land Survey Book of 1,548 of Hanam-si stated that the O located in the "N of the Gisungbu" on July 18, 191 was subject to the assessment.
B. On June 30, 1965, MM’s land was divided into PP No. 1,043 and L No. 505 square meters (hereinafter “instant land before the instant subdivision”). On February 25, 2009, the land of 505 square meters in the aboveHanam-si was further subdivided into the land of 861 square meters in L field (hereinafter “instant land”) and Qgu No. 808 square meters in Qgu.
C. The instant land remaining in unregistered state was incorporated into the R public housing project district implemented by the Defendant Corporation, and the Defendant Corporation was issued the old land cadastre (hereinafter “instant land cadastre”) from the Hanam Viewers in order to verify the owner of the instant land.
The land cadastre of this case stated that the land prior to the instant subdivision was owned by S and four persons, and that it was restored to the owner in the name of T, net U, V,W, and network X (hereinafter “T”) on July 12, 1971.
With respect to the instant land, the Defendant Corporation, following the procedure for adjudication of expropriation under Article 40(2)2 of the Act on Acquisition of and Compensation for Land, etc. for Public Works Projects (hereinafter “Public Works Act”), deposited the instant land with Suwon District Court No. 1156 (Depositee T), No. 1157 (Depositee C), No. 1161 (Depositee C), No. 1161 (Depositee C), No. 1161 of 2015, No. 40(2)1 of the Public Works Act, based on applicable Acts and subordinate statutes, on April 15, 2015, pursuant to Article 40(2)2 of the Act on Acquisition of and Compensation for Land, etc. for Public Works Projects (hereinafter “Public Works Act”), and deposited the instant land with Suwon District Court Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Branch Co. 115, 2015 36D16, 1636,385 (C16, 17) of the instant shares.
