Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a deaf-mute of Grade II, who drives C Costa or a knife.

On February 27, 2013, around 22:22, the Defendant driven the said vehicle from the front side of the Namdong-dong, Incheon Metropolitan City, to around 294, from the front side of the Namdong-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon, to the front road.
