【Criminal Facts】

1. On March 14, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (thief) around 19:40 on March 14, 2020, attempted to open a laundry room, which was installed on the outer wall of the building, in order to steal the property of the victim C, in order to take away the property of the victim C, and to drive the window of the laundry room, which was not corrected under subparagraph D of the said building, in his/her hand, and attempted to intrude into the said building, but failed to bring about such intent

On March 25, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (thief) on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) opened an inner window which was installed on the outer wall of the building and intruded into the inner window that was not corrected by the subparagraph J of the said building where the victim I resides in, around 19:17 on March 25, 2020.
