Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 21, 2013, at around 22:42, the Defendant driven the volume of B Sti-type car in the state of alcohol with approximately 0.162% of blood alcohol concentration (based on blood collection) at a section of approximately 200 meters in front of the Olympic Memorial Hall located in the same Dong-dong, in front of the 200th century, in front of the restaurant in which the Defendant was unaware of the trade name in the main Dong-dong of Daegu-gu.
