Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, after receiving hospitalized treatment for 33 days as above, the Defendant filed a claim for payment of insurance proceeds to the victim (owner) who was admitted by the Defendant on May 26, 2008, and received KRW 4,066,060 in total on the same day, and received KRW 4,06,060 from around that time to September 18, 2015 by receiving KRW 29,53,510 in total from the victim company by means of claiming insurance proceeds as shown in the separate crime list from around that time to September 18, 2015.
