Punishment of the crime

On March 25, 2016, at around 01:40, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with alcohol content of about 0.197% in the 2km section from the front of the Man Park Park in the Haak-gun Eup, the Gyeongwon-gun, the Gyeongwon-gun, the Gyeongwon-gun, to the roads adjacent to the implied agro-industrial complex in the same Eup.
