A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who engages in the business of arranging commercial sex acts, B is a person who serves as the head of a business office in accordance with the defendant's direction, and on January 6, 2014, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two months for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. in the Sungnam Branch of Suwon District Court on the 14th of the same month.

From May 2014 to May 17:30, 2014, the Defendant and B: (a) leased 517 to 5.17:17, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and kept c building 5.17; (b) placed commercial sex acts in the Internet site “E” in the name of “D,” etc.; (c) employed commercial sex acts women on condition that they provide KRW 100,000 per customer, and had them wait in the said heading; (d) operated commercial sex acts in the manner that they receive 150,000 won per capita from many and unspecified men who reported the advertisement, and (e) operated commercial activities in the said heading to have sexual intercourse with women, such as sexual sex acts, such as F, etc., into the said heading.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with B to arrange commercial sex acts.
