A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with business;

A. At around 23:00 on October 201, the Defendant: (a) sought a victim’s “E” drinking house for the operation of the Victim D in Seocho-si, Sinsi-si; and (b) without any justifiable reason, she expressed the victim’s desire by the large voice, “Is the Aged and C in this opening,” and (c) took a look at the inside of the two main stations in the tables, and obstructed the victim’s main main business by force by avoiding disturbance between approximately 30 minutes of the disturbance.

B. 2. Special intimidation.
