1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. In relation to the parties, the pertinent Plaintiff is a merchant who has run various marinas, such as the Dmate Merchant's store located in Daegu-gu C (hereinafter "Dmate Merchant's store"), the FM death terminal store located in Daegu-gu E (hereinafter "F death terminal") and the Busan-gu Busan FM name store located in North Busan-gu G (hereinafter "FI name store"), and the Defendant is a merchant who has lent money to the Plaintiff and invested in the acquisition, operation, etc. of the said marinas, and supplied grain to the said marina operated by the Plaintiff.

B. In relation to the Plaintiff’s lending of money and the Plaintiff’s acquisition and operation, the Defendant paid the Plaintiff a loan or investment fund as follows.
