A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a physician who works in the “Fjuk” located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Seoul.

1. On November 18, 2013, at around 22:45, the Defendant: (a) received 112 reports from the police officers’ face while under the influence of alcohol, and sent a disturbance to the site; and (b) received 112 reports from the Daejeon District Gando, the background leading up to H, police officers I, and slope K of the Daejeon District, “I want to drink after obtaining a member of the Party, I would like to get drinking, and I would like to go home, I would like to go home, and I would like to go home, I would like to look back, I would like to look back, I would like to go home,” and “I would like to go back to I would like to go back with the name of the Defendant’s face.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the 112 reporting operation and handling of reports by the police officers.

2. 피고인은 2013. 11. 18. 23:05경 전항 기재와 같은 행위로 대전둔산경찰서 G지구대에 인치되자, 지구대 내에 근무 중인 다수의 경찰관과 피고인의 친구인 L이 지켜보는 가운데 피해자인 경위 H, 순경 I, 경사 H, 경사 K에게 “야 이 개호로 새끼들아! 경찰서장, 형사과장, 검사 내 돈 안 얻어 먹은 놈 있으면 나와 봐 씨발놈들아”, “기자 불러 씨발놈들아 형사 과장이고 경찰서장이고 여기 있는 놈들 옷을 다 벗겨 버린다”, “십자슥들아 똑바로 해라 개자식들아 호로새끼들아 마짱깔까”, “법대로 해 법대로 할거야 십자슥아 개자슥아”, “이 씨발놈들아 술집 근무하니까 좇같이 보이지”라고 큰소리로 말하여 공연히 피해자들을 모욕하였다.
