A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 2353] On June 22, 2014, the Defendant was under the control of the suspicion of driving a motor bicycle while under the influence of alcohol on the front day of Daejeon Dong-gu Daejeon, Daejeon District Police Station D Zone E, and the Defendant was under the control of the suspicion of driving a motor bicycle under the influence of alcohol.

At around 02:20 on the same day, the Defendant, at the D District D District Office located in the Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon, on the ground that he was investigated by the said E on the suspicion of violation of the Road Traffic Act from the said E on the ground that he was in a toilet, and when he was informed of the said E, the Defendant obstructed the crackdown on the vehicle’s own drinking driving by saying, “Chewing strings, rings, and strings, she will do so at this time before leaving the house at this time,” and assaulted the said E’s chest on his hand, and continued to read, “I will do so, she will do so, how I see, how I see, how I see, what I see, what I will we handle, how I see, what I see, and what I see, how I see, how I see, and what I see, how I see the document files on the book.”

On June 22, 2014, at around 01:05, the Defendant driven GH100 Oralbs while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.065% without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license from the front of yellow sand sand in the 1692-ro, as Dong-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, Daejeon, to the same day from around 1692 to around 01:15 meters on the same day, the Defendant driven GH100 Oralbs while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.065% without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated GH10 Oral Ba owned by Defendant GH100, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph.
