Punishment of the crime

On September 15, 2015, at around 22:35, the Defendant driven a B Eccoo vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.080% from the section of approximately 1km to the front road of the same Ecoo-dong Ecoodong, Sim-si.
