1. Defendant A

A. A. Around 12:50 on May 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) collected the chairs with a single rubber material, which is a dangerous thing in the E restaurant located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) abused the face of the victim C (ma, 20 years of age).

B. The Defendant, at the time and place indicated in the above paragraph (a) and dispatched the Defendants’ fighting with 112 reports, and committed violence against the Defendant’s shoulder G, a police officer belonging to the Seoul Western Police Station F District, where the Defendants are fighting.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.

2. Defendant B assaulted the victim C (Name and 20 years of age) at the 1st place of time and at the place specified in the paragraph (a) in consideration of the victim C’s face.

3. Defendant C received 112 reports at the time, time, and place specified in paragraph (1) of Article 1 and separated the police officers who called out from other people in order to spons B and H to see the victim’s horse G to see close close-down, and assaulted the victim’s body by hand and selling it by drinking.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.
