Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was prosecuted for committing a crime that “the Defendant stolen approximately 300 renunciations of d', the ownership of which was located in the paddy field located in the Namnam Navy, Namnam-gun, on December 11, 2012; (b) received a judgment (Seoul High Court Branch Branch 2013 High Court Branch 45), and sold to the Defendant on November 201, 201, excluding 100 square meters of 1,50 square meters of a dry field, which was the first owner of the dry field, at the time of selling a drilling to the Defendant, at around 1,500 square meters of a dry field; and (c) thereafter, the Defendant asserted that he was not guilty of the dry field by collecting and arranging dry fields with no value of goods from the part of 100 square meters that was not sold to D to return the dry field to the original owner of the dry field.”

However, the Defendant agreed to sell a ship of 1,500 square meters in total to D, and there was no agreement to exclude a ship of 100 square meters below 1,50 square meters from sale.

Nevertheless, the Defendant appealed against the conviction of a fine of one million won on August 21, 2013 in the above judgment, and appealed, and then applied for the said sales contract as a witness, and asked F to make a false testimony at the appellate court (Seoul District Court 2013No1931).

Around 12:00 on November 22, 2013, the Defendant made a false resolution by F to the third Vice Minister of H “H” located in the Namnam-gunnam-gun G, by requesting the said F to the effect that “F would have sold the remainder of 14 million square meters after deducting 100 square meters from the 150 square meters from the 100 square meters from the 15:30 on November 22, 2013, while entering the Gwangju District Court located in the Dong-gu, Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, as a witness at around 15:30 on the 2015:30 on the 20130 on the 2017.”
