Defendants shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, only 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 01:15 on December 25, 2013, Defendant A made a public insult of the victim E, a police officer, who was dispatched after receiving a report of 112, the Defendant continued to publicly insult the victim for about 10 minutes, such as “the bit number of bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch xp.”

2. On December 25, 2013, Defendant B, at around 01:30, the road in which the Defendant: (a) arrested A as a flagrant offender, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties by blocking the progress of the vehicle in front of the patrol vehicle; (b) by cutting off the arms of the horse F, which belongs to the police station of the Sungsung F, which intends to arrest A as a flagrant offender and to board the patrol vehicle; and (c) continuously interfere with the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties by blocking the progress of the vehicle.

The Defendants’ instant crime for sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act with the reason for sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act is highly likely to be subject to severe punishment because all of the crimes are not good. However, it appears that there is no risk in contingent punishment, method of action, etc., and all of the Defendants have history of violent crime, but there is no record of crime for the last five years, etc. shall be sentenced to a fine.
