A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 피해자 C( 여, 26세 )에 대한 범행 피고인은 2015. 2. 9. 13:00 경 경기 성남시 중원구 D 아파트 2차 단지 내 주민 헬스장에서 운동을 가르쳐 준다는 명목으로 피해자를 바닥에 눕혀 윗몸 일으키기를 하게 한 후 피해자의 다리를 잡아 안고 있던 중 피해자가 상체를 일으키고 누울 때 피해자의 다리를 잡고 있던 손으로 피해자의 음부를 만져 피해자를 추행하였다.

2. Crimes against victims E (V, 21 years old);

가. 피고인은 2015. 4. 초 순경 위 주민 헬스장에서 운동을 가르쳐 준다는 명목으로 피해자를 바닥에 눕혀 윗몸 일으키기를 하게 한 후 손으로 피해자의 엉덩이를 감싸고 엄지손가락을 피해자의 음부에 갖다 대 피해자를 추행하였다.

나. 피고인은 2015. 4. 경 위 주민 헬스장에서 운동을 가르쳐 준다는 명목으로 피해자를 바닥에 눕혀 윗몸 일으키기를 하게 한 후 손으로 피해자의 엉덩이를 감싸고 엄지손가락을 피해자의 음부에 갖다 대 피해자를 추행하였다.

On April 2015, the Defendant: (a) made the victim use a string name on the part of the victim under the pretext of putting a campaign at the above resident’s health room; and (b) divided the victim’s buck, elbbbbbbuck, and committed an indecent act against the victim by hand.

(d)

On April 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by making the victim use a string name after making the victim do so, and putting the body of the victim up with the body of the victim in a blue with the blue with the blue with the victim, etc., under the pretext of leading the victim to a campaign at the health center of the above resident.

E. Around 12:00 on May 7, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by making the victim aground for his/her grandchildren, while making a campaign at the above resident health center.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim on five occasions.

3. Victim F (n.e., woman);
