Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 25, 2013, around 05:30 on October 25, 2013, the Defendant reported 112 that the Defendant had a fighting match in front of the “C” convenience store in Mapo-gu Seoul, and continued to receive the part of the above E’s clothes one time at knee, on the ground that the Defendant attempted to stop the horse F from a police box affiliated with the Seoul Mapo-gu Police Station D police box, and the Defendant attempted to cross the above E without permission.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted police officers and interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers concerning the maintenance of order.
