1. The Defendant’s KRW 446,445,687 and its relation to the Plaintiff’s KRW 6% per annum from March 1, 2019 to May 7, 2019, and from May 8, 2019.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act: A judgment without holding any pleadings;

Since the statutory interest rate of 12% per annum is applied from June 1, 2019 pursuant to the provisions governing jurisdiction (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) and Articles 1 and 2(2) of the Addenda of the aforementioned provision, the statutory interest rate of 12% per annum is applied to the statutory interest rate of Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Part of Dismissal, etc., the portion seeking the payment of damages for delay calculated at a rate exceeding 12% per annum after June
